Charlton Athletic Snap Up Ex-Chelsea Prodigy Charly Musonda on Free Transfer

Charlton Athletic have announced the signing of former Chelsea starlet Charly Musonda on a free transfer, handing the highly-rated winger a fresh opportunity to reignite his career in England.

The 28-year-old Belgian, once regarded as one of the brightest prospects to come out of Chelsea’s academy, has endured a stop-start career due to injuries and spells abroad. Now, Musonda has put pen to paper at The Valley, with Charlton boss Nathan Jones describing the deal as “a statement of intent.”
